Renewal Options

The contract includes option to extend by a period of 2 years.

Award Criteria

Weighted Average Price To validate if the supplier has met the minimum quality standards ( as described in the ITT) and provided relevant information to demonstrate the same. Whilst individual quality criteria will have weightings, bidders will be required to meet a threshold as detailed in the ITT to meet the minimum pass marks required to qualify for e-auction. The scores awarded during the quality stage will not be taken forward for e-auction. As such contract award will be based solely on the outcome of e-auction. The lowest price determined by the e-auction. The contract award will be solely based on the outcome of e-auction which will be open only to suppliers who have met the criteria of quality threshold.
