This tender is to appoint a single service provider to provide a Service and Facility capable of collecting, handling, treatment, recycling and disposal of Street Sweepings in the most efficient and cost- efficient way possible.

Total Quantity or Scope

This tender is to appoint a single service provider to provide and maintain a facility and service capable of managing Street Sweepings collected from within Norfolk. The service must include: •Collection of Waste from authorised sites across Norfolk •Safe and legally compliant bulk transportation to a compliant and appropriately licensed treatment facility •Provision of effective waste treatment processes to reduce environmental impact. •Safe and compliant disposal of materials minimising waste to landfill
