Description

Invitation to Offer for the Supply of AlertMedia emergency communication software and Zabbix monitoring and alerting software support and training. AlertMedia's mass notification software will help ICT notify impacted Trust employees of Epic and other application problems and outages, and track message delivery. Its multichannel alerts go via Teams, SMS, push notifications (on Trust owned devices) and automated voice calls e.g. to ward phones. Zabbix enables a single pane of glass view of the Trust's entire IT Infrastructure through monitoring our Network, Cloud, Websites and Infrastructure hardware and applications. For both lots, East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust are interested in a 5-year period with the option to extend for an additional 2 x 12 month, (provisional start date 1st April 2025).
