Description

Provision of Primary Health Care Services through an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) to a population of patients registered with Castle Health Centre. The GP practice is based in Scarborough town centre and has the Specialist Homeless Patient Service for patients of Scarborough and part of Ryedale. The practice is contracted to receive patients allocated to the Special Allocation Scheme.

The GP practice is based in Scarborough town centre and has the Specialist Homeless Patient Service for patients of Scarborough and part of Ryedale. The practice is contracted to receive patients allocated to the Special Allocation Scheme. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £8,742,050 Contract term - 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2035

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59hrs 28 March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

The contract award was approved by Place Director - North Lincolnshire; and Place Director of Finance - North Yorkshire and York. No conflicts of interest have been declared in relation to the contract award.
