Legal Justification
Indeed is a job board that NRS have ‘LIVE’ functionality with our Applicant Tracking System, and the utilisation of other jobs boards outside of these require manual administration by the Resourcing team to advertise. If NRS were to pursue other jobs boards at this time, it would mean reverting back to a slower, less efficient administration process, meaning an increased risk of non-delivery for against the organisation objectives.
