The MPS may access an existing Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) agreement (reference RM6213), let and run by Crown Commercial Services (CCS). The MPS will use the DPS filtering tool as a mechanism to ascertain a list of capable suppliers (who are already on the DPS) and create an export list in order to conduct a further competition. MPS e-TENDERING PORTAL The MPS will use an e-tendering portal to invite shortlisted suppliers in accordance with the filtered DPS list and issue an ITT for a competition. Interested suppliers must therefore be fully registered on the MPS’s e-tendering portal in order to participate in the tender process. Further details of the MPS’s e-tendering portal will be published at the point that a list of capable suppliers is shortlisted via the CCS DPS. Please note existing and new suppliers on the DPS and within the filter range will be obliged to also ensure they are fully registered on the MPS’s own e-tendering portal. The MPS will not be responsible for new supplier registrations and their access rights to this portal. This PIN is issued solely for the purpose market engagement and to ensure all potential suppliers are aware of a potential opportunity for the MPS. This PIN does not constitute any offer or commitment by the MPS/MOPAC or any of its stakeholders to undertake any public procurement exercise in the future. This PIN notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the MPS and the MPS is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The MPS is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in any future tender activity in relation to this opportunity or other related opportunities. Any subsequent procurement of any services, supplies or works by the MPS in relation to this PIN notice will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the UK’s Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
