The requirement will be lotted into categories and it is the intention to award Multi-Supplier Framework Contract(s) based on supplier capability. Additional items will be added to resultant contract(s) following mini competitions between those Suppliers admitted to the framework(s). Technical information where available shall be provided at the time of the mini competitions to enable Suppliers to quote. It is anticipated that the Contract duration will be 5 years with 2 x 1 year options to extend and award is anticipated to be May/June 2021 however dates are subject to change. The Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect any changes in national law or government policy. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law or government policy, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies, or otherwise.
