The contracts listed in this notice are awarded through a mini-competition process within the Dynamic Purchasing System for HAC5393 Tier weight management. The contract relates to services that fall under the ‘light touch’ regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This procurement exercise will therefore be run in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as they apply to ‘light touch’ services.
