Description

Provision of a replacement of the existing Health and Social Care case management system for use by Children’s Services, and Community Health Social Care services staff in the Shetland Islands Council and NHS Shetland.

Total Quantity or Scope

The type of contract to be awarded is a contract for the provision of supplies to the Contracting Authority by a Supplier. The procurement is governed by the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations”) and Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The procedure being followed is the Open Procedure in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Regulations.

The contract shall be subject to Scots Law and the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. GBP means Great British Pounds. Estimated value is based on a contract period of five years.
