Description

The London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Authority’) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the contract for the provision of responsive repairs and maintenance service for housing. The authority is conducting this procurement through the restricted procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Lot Division

1 Responsive Repairs and Void Works

Lot 1: Comprises responsive repairs, maintenance and void works to the client’s housing stock. The London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to fulfil the requirements of a new housing responsive repairs and maintenance contract to its housing portfolio of c.6 000 properties. This will be a TPC 2005 (as amended) Contract, which will run for an initial period of 7 years, with options to extend. Responsive repairs will be undertaken under a Price Per Property (PPP) model and void property works under a Price Per Void (PPV) model.

2 Domestic and Commercial Gas Heating Works

Lot 2: The provision is for servicing, responsive maintenance and replacement of domestic boilers, heating systems and similar heat sources. This also includes communal gas boiler servicing, communal gas boiler responsive maintenance, breakdown and replacement of communal boilers and similar heat sources located within Centralised communal Boiler Houses and Plant Room Sites they serve including infrastructure and Common Areas.

3 Integrated Asset Management

Lot 3: Will comprise the holistic delivery of all works in lots 1 and 2 by a single service provider under a single contract.
