Description

21 Stephen Street is predominantly an office building, housing up to 220 BFI employees working agilely across 3 floors (pre social distancing) as well as 2 floors of tenants. It is based in Fitzrovia, directly off of Tottenham Court Road and very close to Charlotte Street with all of its F and B offers. It operates Monday to Friday only but weekend opening can be arranged if required. In 2015, part of the ground floor was converted to a restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace and operated by a third party. This contract expires at the end of May 2021 and the BFI is therefore reoffering this opportunity to the market.

Total Quantity or Scope

In respect of Estimated Value at II.2.6 (below) this has been left as zero due to this being a concession / revenue contract, as the value will be dependent on the type of offer received.
