Description
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CVUHB) intends to procure the services of a Supervisor to support the development of a Wellbeing Hub at Maelfa project through the construction phase.
Total Quantity or Scope
The procurement is for the development of a Wellbeing Hub at Maelfa to provide fit for purpose primary care facilities in support of the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board’s (CVUHB) vision for primary care and community services in accordance with The Shaping Our Future Wellbeing Strategy (SOFW). The project has been developed to Full Business Case stage through the NHS Building for Wales Framework.
Renewal Options
The project will run until completion. It is anticipated that the project will require 24 months for completion. The contract may be extended by an additional 12 months if required.
