Description

The Council wishes to appoint an Advice Services provider to provide a quality generalist advice service to the public in accordance with the aims, principles and policies of a recognised advice providing body and adhere to a membership scheme or code of practice. This service must be independent, be impartial and offer a free service to all. Good customer service will be paramount. The provider must ensure a range of approaches for initial access by clients to quality advice and flexibility in methods of delivery of the service, across both urban and rural areas of the Borough.

Total Quantity or Scope

Additional information: Contract is for an initial 3yr period with an annual cost of £293,269.The contract can be extended for a further 2 x 12 month periods, subject to the successful provider meeting the required standards, performance requirements, ensuring maximum access of advice services across the Borough and subject to written agreement by both parties.
