Description

The Council wishes to appoint an advice services provider to provide a quality generalist advice service to the public in accordance with the aims, principles and policies of a recognised advice providing body and adhere to a membership scheme or code of practice. This service must be independent, be impartial and offer a free service to all. Good customer service will be paramount. The provider must ensure a range of approaches for initial access by clients to quality advice and flexibility in methods of delivery of the service, across both urban and rural areas of the Borough.
