Network Rail (NR) intends to use a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as a non-exclusive sourcing vehicle for Vegetation, Fencing, Stone Wall Building and Repair, Ecology (Biodiversity) and Disease and Pest Management Services.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** 1) All suppliers who meet and pass the exclusion and selection criteria for a DPS category will be admitted to that category. 2) Suppliers that are admitted to the DPS will enter into a NR4(MT) Contract upon the award of a Contract Order. 3) Becoming a DPS Provider will not guarantee any workload, but every DPS Provider within a category/sub-category will be invited to tender for every Contract Order opportunity within that category/sub-category. 4) The DPS is likely to be extended until 2027 or beyond.
