Description
Norfolk County Council re-opened this LTR Framework Agreement for the provision of home support services in Norfolk. The framework agreement is for both individual packages and multiple packages of care. The Council will work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce unmet need wherever possible. The expectation is that successful providers will work collaboratively to facilitate this. This framework agreement is a county-wide but providers have selected which primary care network areas they wish to deliver services within.

Value given is an estimate for 10 years based on current trends for the whole framework agreement, but demand for services may fluctuate depending on population needs. This Light Touch Regime Framework Agreement was let under Regulation 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime, LTR) under which the Council has flexibility as to the process or procedure to be used when purchasing certain services of which Home Support Services is one.
