Description

Aberdeenshire Council requires the provision of outreach housing support services for young people and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Young Persons Outreach Housing Support Service will support up to 125 clients per month. The Adults Outreach Housing Support Service will support up to 350 clients per month.

The cost noted above is for the initial three year contract period, plus two optional 12 month extensions. The duration of the contract is 3+2 years.
