The Guinness Partnership has an existing portfolio of property (schemes) which require a range of building safety improvement works. A programme of work is anticipated to run for circa 4 to 5 years and is concerned with sprinkler retrofit, fire detection & alarm system, cladding & balconies, compartmentation. A fully defined programme and requirements for individual schemes is yet to be developed. Within its portfolio of schemes Guinness holds around 40 HRRB’s and over 380 Medium rise and complex building. Guinness property is located across England
