This is the establishment of a pseudo dynamic purchasing system (PDPS) for residential and nursing care services in Knowsley. Expiring on 31 May 2025 with the option to extend for a further 5 years. rates are set by the local authority in April of each year for all homes within the borough. any provider signed up to the PDPS who are out of borough will be paid host authority rates.
