Description
PURCH1932 Provision of Consultancy Support for Operation of MOVPE Reactor for a period of 36 months with the possibility of an extension of a further 12 months. Total Quantity or Scope
The James Watt School of Engineering operates an MOCVD facility based at Sivers Photonics site in Hamilton, Scotland, and requires consultancy support in the operation, and maintenance of an Aixtron 3x2” EpiLab, and in delivery of advanced As/P based electronic and photonic structures. Additionally, characterization of the epi-wafers, recipe writing and modification, and training of other members of the research team is required. Please refer to the ITT for additional information.
