Description
Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Supervised and Supported Living Accommodation for Young People in Care and Care Leavers up to 19 years of age. The service will deliver supported and supervised accommodation for 45 – 60 young people. Bidders may bid for any, a combination or all of the five lots. Some of the lots will be awarded to more that one contractor, please see the ITT for further information. This is a Light Touch Regime tender.

1 | Low Support Placements Lot 1 Low Support Placements- Support Lodgings – up to 7 support hours per week plus hourly rate for additional agreed hours- 1 contractor to be awarded - Placements purchased as needed |
2 | Lot 2 Standard Support Placements Lot 2 Standard Support Placements - Supported Accommodation - 10 support hours per week plus hourly rate for additional agreed hours- 4 contractors to be awarded- Placements purchased as needed |

Renewal Options
It is likely that this contract will be subject to renewal. The contract will be for the period 1st November 2021 – 31st October 2025 with the option to extend for up to a further 36 months.
