Description
The Department for Education (DfE) have appoint national delivery partner(s) to deliver a number of services within a framework for the following services: 1) Restructuring Services including Insolvency Practitioner (IP)'s (Independent Business Review's, Administration and advice); 2) Forensic accounting and investigation support; 3) Audit and Assurance including but not limited to annual programme of audit and funding assurance reviews, ad-hoc audit and assurance services. Suppliers successful on the framework will be awarded work on the basis of a rota.
Lot Division
1 | Restructuring Services The services to be provided under Lot 1 of the framework as further detailed in the specification including: (i) the provision of services to the Authority to support interventions and to implement the insolvency regime as intended in relation to Education Providers. (ii) putting in place the infrastructure required to allow financially distressed Education Providers to be assessed and, if necessary, managed through the appropriate restructuring process. This includes, but is not limited to, independent business reviews, education administration, insolvency services and any other supplementary activity. Award Criteria

Other Information
The Department for Education and its agencies and public bodies will be the customer. The Mayoral Combined Authorities (MCA) and the Greater London Authority (GLA) are also considered Contracting Bodies and may call off from the framework under lot 3. The MCA's include: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Greater Manchester Liverpool City Region North of Tyne Sheffield City Region Tees Valley West Midlands West of England No directly elected mayor North East Combined Authority West Yorkshire Combined Authority Additionally any Crown Body or any other body which substantially performs the functions that had previously been performed by a Contracting Body.
