Description

The Department for Education (DfE) have appointed national delivery partner(s) to deliver a number of services within a framework for the following services within lots: 1) Restructuring Services including Insolvency Practitioner (IP)'s (Independent Business Review's, Administration and advice); 2) Forensic accounting and investigation support services; 3)Audit and Assurance including but not limited to annual programme of audit and funding assurance reviews, ad-hoc audit and assurance services; Suppliers on the Framework will be awarded work on the basis of a rotational process or where certain circumstances apply within the terms awarded using a further competition.

Other Information

The Authority has the option to extend the framework on two occasions on the terms. If the Authority decides to exercise its right to extend the framework each extension to be for a period of 12 months maximum. The Department for Education and its agencies and public bodies will be the customer The Mayoral Combined Authorities (MCA) and the Greater London Authority (GLA) are also considered Contracting Bodies and may call off from the framework under lot 3.
