NES identifies the need to improve the utilisation of the accommodation and also the need to ensure NES have sufficient shared space of the right type and size to meet operational business needs, including the provision of training. NES have a range of bookable meeting/training spaces, some of which require approval by facilities teams (usually in specific floors but could be specific rooms) and others are bookable with no required authorisation.
