Description

This is Notice of two Amendments to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2020/S 133-328081 published in OJEU on the 13th July 2020. All other details relating to this DPS remain unchanged. The two changes comprise: 1. Increasing the scope of public sector bodies eligible to make use of this DPS as Users by amending the definition as follows: This DPS is available to all public-sector bodies including (but not limited to): • Housing Associations • Local Authorities and Government Departments • Registered Charities • NHS and Health and Social Care Groups • Emergency Services • Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities • Libraries and Museums 2. The addition of 8 core Lots as follows, to specifically cover additional consultancy disciplines: Lot P - Asbestos Surveys Lot Q - Drainage Lot R - Fire Risk Assessment Surveys Lot S – Bridges, Highways and Transport Lot T - Landscape and Horticulture Lot U - Planning Lot V - Urban Design and Master Planning Lot W - Water and Flood Risk Lot X - Water Hygiene

2. II.1.4

To establish a DPS for a period of 10 years for the provision of a wide range of construction consultancy services primarily but not exclusively to support construction works for housing, education, regeneration and general construction projects. It is anticipated that the majority of the work will be undertaken within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets but the DPS will be available for use by local authorities throughout the UK. all public-sector bodies including (but not limited to): • Housing Associations • Local Authorities and Government Departments • Registered Charities • NHS and Health and Social Care Groups • Emergency Services • Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities • Libraries and Museums. The DPS is scheduled to last for 10 years and commissions will be exercised via mini-competitions only. Details of the range of services being sought and method for application to join the DPS can be found in the tender documentation.
