Description

Day to Day Reactive Repairs. The successful contractor for each Lot will enter into two separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent. There will be one schedule of rates for each Lot. The rates tendered therein will apply to both contracts. The full requirements of this framework and the contracts to be placed from it are set out in the DRAFT Tender Documents and these should be read carefully before deciding to complete the SPD. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
