Description
The purpose of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for the purchase of minor building works including asbestos, building and construction, groundworks, joinery and carpentry, automated doors, fire safety, electrical, floor coverings, glazing, mechanical systems, painting and decorating, plumbing, roofing and steel works ; together with ancillary services and supplies. AGH Solutions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, servicing the Trust estate at Airedale General Hospital. All works will be required to be carried out on the Trust estate.

| 1 | Asbestos
Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Works to identify, remove and dispose of asbestos. Includes management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, licensed ACM removals and air monitoring. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £20k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Minor building works, Principal Contractors, demolition. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £120k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Groundworks for pipelines, cables and including road preparation and re-surfacing. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £30k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Installation of doors, windows, built-in furniture, partition walls and suspended ceilings. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £30k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Supply and installation of automatic and powered doors. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £6k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |
| 6 | Fire safety
Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Fire doors, fire compartmentation, fire extinguishers. For all works involving fire safety, all Contractors must have third party accreditation. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £20k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Installation work, portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed installation testing, HV/LV switchgear maintenance. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £30k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Carpet tiles, vinyl, coving, Latex screeding, DPC installation. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £50k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Replacement frames and glazing, aluminium and UPVC doors and windows. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £20k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

| 11 | Painting and Decorating

Painting and decorating for both internal and external, must be able to supply Glasstex (or similar wall lining). Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £20k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Below is a summary of the types of work required to be undertaken on any given Works. Full details will be provided at the mini competition stage for each Call-Off Contract. Installation of heating and pipework systems including sanitary ware, taps and TMV’s, drainage. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £30k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Installation of new and repairs to pitched/flat roofing, guttering, repairs to existing roofing system. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £30k. However, this could also include individual jobs valued under £5k. |

Stanchions, RSJ’s, plate works. Please note that previous usage history suggests that the estimated annual uptake includes jobs valued up to £10k.
