Description

Provision of Supported Living services for 35 people with learning disabilities who may also have autism, challenging behaviour, mental health and / or complex health needs, within 9 existing supported living schemes situated within the London Borough of Bromley. The Service is provided by a single contractor.

Total Quantity or Scope

The London Borough of Bromley ('The Council') invited tenders from experienced providers of supporting living services for people with learning disabilities who may also have autism, physical disabilities and / or behaviours that challenge services within 9 properties based in the borough. The Tender opportunity was run electronically through the London Tenders portal. Additional information: There is an option to extend at the Council's discretion for two periods of two years each from 1.4.2026 to 31.3.2028 and 1.4.2028 to 31.3.2030 (up to nine years in total).

Evaluation of the criteria for quality issues, etc. will also include the operation of minimum score thresholds. If a proposal received a score below the required threshold then the bid may not be considered further.
