Description

Bedford Borough Council ('the Council') is inviting Tenders from organisations wishing to provide Supported Living for People with Mental Health Needs at Britannia Gate in Bedford Borough. The service is comprised of eighteen (18) newly developed self-contained one bedroom flats. The Provider will enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Grand Union Housing Group in their role as the accommodation landlord. The Services will provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week support and will be accessible for people with Mental Health needs who may also have additional care and support needs. This includes, but is not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a Learning Difficulty or mild to moderate Learning Disability, Physical/Sensory Disability and communication support needs. People who use drugs and alcohol may also be considered for the Service following an individual risk assessment.
