Legal Justification

The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused the conclusion of a review of Orthotic Services across Northern Ireland to be delayed. The Client feels that any transition that may involve a change in provider would not be feasible during the Covid-19 Pandemic as this would involve retraining of staff and the impact on staff this would have, where there is already severe pressures as a result of Covid-19.
