Description

PLEASE NOTE: This Contract Opportunity is Reserved This contract opportunity is reserved under the principles set out in PPN 11/20 "Reserving Below Threshold Contracts". The PPN permits the reserving the procurement for Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) / Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs). NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of up to four providers to conduct up to four pieces of bespoke Economic Analysis work during the 2021/2022 financial year. Health Education England (HEE) requires the provider/s to design and conduct Green Book compliant Economic Analysis in support of Directorate of Education and Quality's Spending Review activity during the 2021/2022 financial year. This service will continue to support policy and programme development, in areas such as education reform agenda, Medical Reform Programme, Mental Health as well as core DEQ business functions - including postgraduate medical and dental education (PGME) processes. The maximum financial envelope of this exercise is £160,000 inclusive of Vat, with up to £50,000 inclusive of Vat per bidder. The contract period will be for six months and subject to annual budget review and KPIs with the option to extend by up to a further six months.
