Description

Highways England is seeking to appoint contractors to deliver non-intrusive pavement surveys. Surveys including but not limited to: - walked and driven 2D and 3D Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR); - deflectograph; - falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD); - light weight deflectometer (LWD); - heavy weight deflectometer (HWD); - walked, driven or automated visual conditions; - ultrasound; - additional SCRIM and Griptester. Testing when no intrusive surveys are needed. Further details can be found in the information memorandum.

The Selection Questionnaire has been launched on the Bravo e-sourcing system. (This is secure area reserved for your projects only); - you can access attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in 'PQQ/ITT Details' box. 3) Responding to tender - click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining); - the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek clarification; - note deadline for completion, then follow the instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT; - there may be a mixture of online/offline actions to perform (there is detailed online help available).
