Description

Renfrewshire Council seek to engage a single service provider, with the competence and capability to deliver a package of services to support the delivery of the core programme of Business Gateway Services in Renfrewshire and elements of the Business Growth Renfrewshire programme. These additional services may include Core Start Up, Business Base, Specialist Workshops, Surgeries and Expert Help Consultations for growing businesses in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Intellectual Property, Business Strategy, Procurement, Business Planning, Digital, Tourism, Exporting, Skills and Human Resource Management. The specification is detailed in Section 4 of the ITT document located in PCS Tender portal.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Council is seeking to contract with a single, suitably qualified and experienced service provider, who will organise and deliver, through core or subcontracted staff, the following range of services which are client demand led:- - Business Gateway Core Start Up Workshops - Business Gateway Core Business Base Workshops - Business Gateway Local Specialist Workshops - Specialist Expert Help Advisory Consultations - Specialist Expert Help Surgeries COVID-19 has changed the way that we engage with our local businesses. Supporting the recovery of our local economy is a key priority and our workshops, surgeries and expert help are important elements of assistance available to support local business sectors and the wider community to move on from the impacts of COVID-19. In the short term due to current COVID-19 constraints we have introduced local webinars, on-line surgeries and tutorials to provide new ways for us to provide advice and support to businesses through the pandemic. It is expected that any 1-2-1 specialist advice will be provided remotely through MS Teams, Zoom or equivalent platform, however this may change over the period of the contract depending on the restrictions and workshops and expert services will take place within a premise.
