Description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced companies/organisations to be part of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Catering Services to Educational Establishments. The DPS will commence on 1st November 2021 and will operate for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should submit an Application Questionnaire together with the two Case Studies (Question 35 of the Application Questionnaire) via the InTend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire . Deadline for submission of Applications for the initial setting up of the DPS is 30th September 2021 at 17:00hrs.

Total Quantity or Scope

The DPS is open to educational establishments, such as but not limited to free schools and local authority maintained schools, pre-schools, post 16 colleges, higher education institutions, independent schools (schools that are independent in their finances and governance, they are not dependent upon national or local government), children's centres, any other types of schools and Local Authorities in Counties of South West (England) (UKK) and South East (England) (UKJ). See Vi.3) Additional information for web links During the lifetime of the DPS as and when requirements arise all Suppliers will be invited to take part in a Mini-Competition. Resulting contracts will be will be for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend to a maximum of seven years.
