Description

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. Efficiency East Midlands ( EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to tender a Windows and Doors Framework which will replace the current one which is due to expire. This Prior Information Notice is being used to engage with the market and interested organisations are encouraged to register for a supplier account with the Xantive portal https://xantive.supplierselect.com/ and email tenders@eem.org.uk to confirm their interest and registration with the portal. Other Information

EEM wishes to procure and enter into framework agreements with multiple Suppliers for the provision of windows and doors required to maintain and construct domestic housing, public and commercial properties and other buildings that are the responsibility of EEM and the other consortia to repair, renew, refurbish or maintain. This Framework will be open for use by Members or by their Approved Contractor(s). Contractors can apply for any mixture of the defined workstream lots. Up to four Suppliers will be appointed to each of the workstream Lots. Please note that the total potential value stated in II.1.5) is in relation to the previous full 4-year framework, which included the COVID-19 period. It is expected that a higher contract value will be issued at release due to expected growth in membership & to account for spend from members from Partner Consortia. This framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users. The following organisations will be entitled to agree and award contracts under this framework agreement as authorised users: 1) any existing Member of EEM (and for the avoidance of doubt the 3 partner consortia which for the avoidance of doubt currently includes 3 partner consortia - Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West and South East Consortium).
