Description

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. EEM are conducting a tender exercise to procure a Windows and Doors Framework which will replace the existing Framework which expires on the 31st of March 2022. The Framework will provide EEM members with a provision for the supply and installation of external Upvc & Composite doors, Upvc windows as well as Composite fire doorsets. The Framework will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1: Supply only of Windows and Doors Lot 2: Supply and installation of Windows and Doors Lot 3: Supply only of Composite Fire Doors Lot 4: Supply and installation of Composite Fire Doors

EEM intends to offer a Framework Agreement to suitable suppliers for the supply and supply and install of windows and doors as well as Fire Doors. The scope of the Agreement will cover domestic housing, public and commercial properties and other buildings that are the responsibility of EEM and the other consortia to repair, renew, refurbish or maintain. This framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being authorised users. The following organisations will be entitled to agree and award contracts under this framework agreement as authorised users: 1) any existing Member of EEM (and for the avoidance of doubt the 3 partner consortia which for the avoidance of doubt currently includes 3 partner consortia - Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West and South East Consortium).
