Description
This Contract Award Notice relates to the International Capabilities Team (ICT) Future Services Framework Agreement as referred to in notice 2020/S 222-547410. The Authority has now concluded the procurement exercise. The Authority took the decision to withdraw Lot 1 - Specialist Support & Resource before concluding the Selection Stage, as a result some changes have been made to the Lot structure including the title of the Framework Agreement, which is now the Training Provision Framework Agreement. In addition to this, ICT has restructured and is now International Strategy and Capabilities (ISC). This Contract Award Notice is now notifying the award of the following Lots: Lot 1 - Policing Training Provision Lot 2 - Civil Defence Training Provision Lot 3 - Cyber Security Training Provision Lot 4 - Strategic Intelligence and Threat Assessment Lot 5 - Borders Migration and Asylum Lot 6 - National Risk and Resilience

4 | Strategic Intelligence and Threat Assessment Training Provision This lot 4 covers training services in relation to strategic intelligence and threat assessment. |
6 | National Risk and Resilience Training Provision This lot 7 covers the provision of training in relation to National Risk and Resilience |
3 | Policing Training Provision This lot 1 covers training services in relation to Policing. This lot is divided into the following sub-lots: Lot 1a: General policing and investigation; Lot 1b: Operations and specialist capabilities; Lot 1c: Counter terrorism 4P’s; Lot 1d: Information and Intelligence management, including contact management; Lot 1e: Leadership, command and control; Lot 1f: Support/back-office. |
4 | Civil Defence Training Provision This lot 2 covers training services for Civil Defence. This lot is divided into the following sub-lots: Lot 2a: Risk based planning; Lot 2b: Performance management; Lot 2c: Prevention and community resilience; Lot 2d: Fire protection and building safety; Lot 2e: Emergency call receipt and mobilisation; Lot 2f: Emergency response; Lot 2g: Operational assurance |
5 | Cyber Security Training Provision This lot 3 covers training services in relation to Cyber Security. This lot is divided into the following sub-lots: Lot 3a: An Integrated approach to national cyber security capacity building and National cyber risk assessment training; Lot 3b: Additional training; Lot 3c: Online simulation exercises. |
6 | Borders, Migration and Asylum Training Provision This lot 5 covers training in relation to Borders, Migration and Asylum. This lot is divided into sub-lots as follows: Lot 5a: Delivering reintegration programmes for returnees from the UK; Lot 5b: Capacity building in border management and apprehension of Organised Immigration Crime (OIC) actors; Lot 5c: Delivering scoping activities and improving the quality/quantity of migration data and evidence; Lot 5d: Facilitating durable solutions for migrants in transit/host countries; Lot 5e: Delivering technical assistance activities; Lot 5f: Victim support services for victims of trafficking/exploitation. |
