Description

Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') are currently out to procurement for the provision of the employee benefits platform (branded Herts Rewards).

Total Quantity or Scope

The estimated total value of the Contract is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions, together with estimated total utilisation of the platform by headcount (detailed in Section 3.3 of Schedule 1 contained within the Tender Documentation.For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract will be approximately £25,000 (based on current usage). The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend the Contract up to 4 further years. Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Organisations should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their bid, where appropriate. Additional information: Please note, the total value of this contract is estimated on full headcount utilisation of the platform as specified within the Tender Documentation. As stated the current value is estimated at around £25,000 per annum.
