Description
The Authority are seeking to commission an organisation over the second half of the 2021/22 financial year with expert knowledge of supporting co-production on a national scale in order to support Maternity Voices Partnerships. The national Maternity Transformation Programme seeks to implement the vision of Better Births for safer and more personalised care across England and to improve equity for mothers and their babies. Co-production helps to ensure efficient and effective implementation of this vision. 'Implementing Better Births - A resource pack for Local Maternity Systems (LMS)' called for Local Maternity Systems to establish Maternity Voices Partnerships. The guidance set out potential membership, what might be included in the terms of reference and funding/support arrangements. The MTP wishes to procure a national support offer for all MVPs in England from October 2020 to 31 March 2021. The national support offer is designed to provide support that is most efficiently and effectively provided once, on a national basis.
