A contract for the provision of Design and Ancillary Consultancy Services Term Contract, as further described in Schedule No. 3 (The Scope) is being tendered by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Design consultancy services and other ancillary services to support a number of Authority work streams.Occasionally by exception the Consultant may need to support the Client Support Services delivery by providing the following services:• Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services• Cost estimating and cash flow forecasting• Benchmarking• Value Engineering• Risk management• Procurement Support• Project management and Construction Supervision• Work delivery and non-performance audits • Planning Support (Optional)

Renewal Options

It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded for a period of five years from the Commencement Date, with the potential of up to a further five years extension.The Commencement Date shall be 3rd May 2022. The maximum duration of the Contract Term will therefore be ten years. However, no guarantee or commitment can be given to the initial and future value of work arising from this contract.
