This contract is for the refurbishment of the communal areas in Aspen Way, Blythewood, Dearden Way and Uppingham, Skelmersdale. The works will consist of preparing and painting the communal areas, removing existing vinyl floors and fitting replacement covers, upgrading the lighting systems and fitting stringers to existing stairwells.
