Description

St Helens Borough Council, Integrated Health and Social Care Services Department, is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide an Information and Advice Service.

Total Quantity or Scope

While not committed to using this contract, St Helens Borough Council Children and Young Peoples Services, on a non-exclusive basis, may make use of the resulting contract at any time during the term of the contract. The service will be available to Adults aged 18 + who are ordinarily resident and/ or living in the borough of St Helens. The Provider will employ sufficient staff with adequate knowledge, competence, skills and qualifications to inform, and advise people in order to achieve positive outcomes for them, provide ongoing training and keep up to date with current and new legislation and guidance.
