The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (“the Housing Executive”) requires the services of a Retained Solicitor (“the Contractor”) for a single member Ejectments and Debt Recovery Solicitors Panel (“the Panel”) to cover the whole of Northern Ireland.

Total Quantity or Scope

Additional information: This requirement is listed as a 'Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services' contract as per The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Please note the Initial Contract Period is two years from the Commencement Date with an option on the part of the Housing Executive to invite the Contractor to agree to extend the Contract for two further periods of twelve months each, or part thereof (that is, a possible Panel duration of four years in total).
