The BBC is seeking to purchase the provision of Water for the BBC Estate (England & Scotland)

Total Quantity or Scope

The BBC is seeking to purchase the provision of Water for the BBC Estate (England & Scotland) Tenderers are invited to submit a response to this ITT in accordance with the instructions set out in this ITT (a “Tender”). The BBC requires a single supplier (retailer) to provide a Contract for supply of water and wastewater across the BBC Estate (English and Scottish estate).

Renewal Options

The initial term of the contract is a period 24 months with an optional additional extension period of a further 12 months.

However, the final decision as to which is the most economically advantageous (by reference to the award criteria) will be made by the BBC. The awarding authority reserves the right not to award a contract and to annul the procurement process at any stage. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments will be made in sterling. The contract shall be subject to English law.
