HEE Midlands Enhancing Generalist Skills Programme - Development of the Immersive Experience and Generalism Induction Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award. Please note the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract to the Vita Health Group. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. Heath Education England [HEE] believe that VITA is the only organisation capable of providing support such as to meet specific requirements of the HEE Midlands Enhancing Generalist Skills Programme - Development of the Immersive Experience and Generalism Induction. VITA is the only supplier with the requisite background information, expertise, networks and experience to assist HEE in fulfilling Mandate deliverables and the findings of the Future Doctor programme (https://www.hee.nhs.uk/our-work/future-doctor). Specifically, the work VITA do will contribute to:  support future doctors to feel confident in meeting the complex demands of the healthcare landscape, while promoting self-care at individual, team and organisational levels;  address health inequalities and support equitable healthcare delivery across maturing integrated care systems, including remote, rural and coastal regions;  trainees feeling confident in co-delivering 'whole person' care for patients with multiple conditions;  trainees being fluent in shared decision-making and personalised care;  trainees become authentic, collaborative leaders and colleagues with a thorough grounding in human factors and team science;  trainees understanding and addressing population health and care needs in the communities they serve by harnessing data, technology and contemporary research methodologies;  trainees applying their learning to address local health priorities and specific needs, such as homelessness, poverty, migrant health and other social justice agendas;  trainees becoming system literate across organisational boundaries with cross-cutting interests and skills in informatics, digital health and epidemiology The financial envelope for the contract is £26,000
