Commissioners would like to engage with providers to discuss supported living and update the market on the current approach, timeline and the procurement portal requirements. We are holding a Virtual Supplier Event on Friday 28th January 2022 at 10am. If you would like to join the event please register your interest by using the Messaging function section to this request by 12noon on Wednesday 26th January 2022. Please include the email address that you would like the Teams invite to be sent to. This notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services for Peterborough City Council (PCC) and PCC are bound to accept any proposals offered. PCC is liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market test exercise. Any procurement of any services by PCC in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any responses provided may not be treated as commercially confidential and may be used by PCC in the final service specification used but no organisation will be individually identified. Please be aware that Peterborough City Council is subject to the disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and that potentially any information it holds may be liable to disclosure under that FOI. For this reason, PCC would strongly advise that any information you consider to be confidential is labelled as such. In the event that a request is subsequently made for disclosure under the FOI that request will be dealt with in accordance with the legislation and at PCC’s discretion.
