Legal Justification
Reviewing the available options to implement a new point to point link from HWFRS HQ at Hindlip to WMP Defford site, the following has been considered; o Availability of providers, o Availability of infrastructure, o Ability of contractors to provide infrastructure detail (i.e. surveys) and fixed costs against the specification of providing a 10Gb and 1Gb link(s). It is also noted that British Telecom are the only provider with infrastructure available to deliver the point to point links required
