Description

BSP-21-027 - EA invites tenders for the provision of Defence Personal Injury Legal Services, for a 3 year Initial Contract Period on an as and when required basis, with the option to extend for 1 further 12 month period. The administering procurement office for this tender, on behalf of EA, will be the Business Services and Products Procurement Category, based in Ballymena. This is a voluntary tender and given its nature and subject matter is excluded from the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Regulation 10 (1) (d)). This tender is subject to NI Public Procurement Policy and associated guidance notes.
