** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The contract for Lot 4 – Public/Products Liability will be based on two year Long Term Agreement option - 12 month Initial Contract Period with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. The contract value provided in section V.2.4 in this notice is the value for the maximum Contract Period including potential extension period. No bids were received via etendersni for lots 1 and 9. A negotiated procedure took place in accordance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 in order to obtain quotes for insurance cover for lot 1. As a result of this approach a contract for lot 1 – Material Damage was awarded to Avid Insurance Services Ltd (Nordic Bank House, 20 St. Dunstan's Hill, London, EC3R 8HL). Total value of the contract for lot 1 is £271,589.. Please note Lot 9 – Cyber Liability has not been awarded..
