Description

The Authority required a Supplier to undertake a literature review to identify research reports reporting on Professional Nurse Advocates (PNAs) and provide a synthesis of key findings and associated implications. The aim of this literature review is to identify research reporting on Professional Nurse Advocates (PNAs), associated research on Professional Midwifery advocates and any studies on the key aspects of the a-equip model such as restorative clinical supervision, and provide a synthesis of key findings and potential recommendations. Person/Supplier Specification: - Contractor/s must have prior experience of report writing to a high standard on strategic level health related subjects - Report to be completed within the writing guidelines set out by NHS England & Improvement - The report must include the programmes agreed branding (will be provided) and comply with the overall NHS England Branding guidelines - Have sufficient capacity to complete the task to the contractor's satisfaction within the timescales, duration of contract and within the agreed financial amount. - Expenses will only be paid on exception and with prior agreement. The provider is expected to cover normal expenses in the agreed rate/contract value.
